First Dark background drupal theme. I am sure you will love this. This drupal theme is inspired by Wordpress theme Salmon. It uses SEOPosition (alek) theme as the base theme. Some of its features are:
* Fixed width but appears elastic to end users.
* 2 or 3 column layout. Suitable for both Blogs and community sites.
* Tested in Opera, IE7 and Firefox.
* Forums are also themed.

This is a problem with fixed with themes, if you use contributed modules, then you will have to check the module css file. Its usually there in the module directory.
If there is no CSS file then you will have to check with module developer if he can provide a way to shorten the width.
