Really liked the theme and would like to test it myself.

I am aware of the issue - I have opened it as an issue on drupal.org. If u want to download it you can download from cvs.drupal.org the branch would be DRUPAL 4-7-2 under contributions/themes/MyDrupal_Impact.
Or Wait for few days before the download link issue is resolved.

I second the interest in downloading this theme; however, 'all' links are broken. It would be great if you could afford a fix soon.
