This scam artist got me for $1800.00
I hired Michael Romagnoli to design and build an e-commerce website by May 1, 2008. I handed him a word document detailing exactly what I wanted and he agreed to do It for $2900.00.
The project was going well at first but I soon realized that as we approached the deadline very few If any updates were being made to the website. I called Michael to express my concerns about the lack of updates.
He said that he was going to upload a bunch of updates but he never did and by May 13, 2008 I stopped hearing from him completely. My e-mail and telephone call was ignored.
I asked Michael to burn a DVD of the portion of the website he has completed and that I paid for which was $1800.00, and send It to me so I can get someone else to do it. He refused.
In conciuslon, looking at the all the events that took place I believe that Michael is a scam artist. I've already hired someone to complete the website for so now and will take this this company to court!
